About Me

My name is Max Overvoorde, I'm 24 years old, and I started playing Pokémon again in December. After trading cards on various platforms for a while, it was time for my own webshop to showcase myself properly. I also enjoy sharing fun things every now and then to give you a peek behind the scenes.

Background

CardsByBeard was born from the magic of Pokémon. It's so special that people can find so much joy in these little, imaginary creatures called Pokémons. CardsByBeard was founded on April 14, 2025, by me, Max Overvoorde.

My own experiences trading and making different people happy made this a logical next step. Since then, we've been working every day to help people find the right Pokémon products to suit their needs.

At CardsByBeard, everything revolves around quality, honesty, and a personal approach. Collecting is all about enjoyment. Our goal is to continue to ensure this by delivering quality and meeting everyone's individual needs and desires. That way, collecting remains fun!

    We're in direct contact with our shipping points, so we know the perfect time to send your packages. We guarantee shipping within 24 hours*, but often ship same-day.

Orders

How long does it take for my order to ship?

From the moment your order is placed, we guarantee it will ship within a few days. This is usually within 24 hours.
We are in contact with our shipping locations to get orders delivered as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer various shipping options tailored to your specific order:

  • Parcel shipping costs are €6.95 to €11.90 based on the chosen shipping company and delivery location.
  • Parcels sent by letterbox post cost €4.50
  • Envelope post costs are €3.95 in NL and €8.95 in BE.

All shipping methods use Track and Trace.

Our algorithm determines the best shipping options for your order, so you don't pay too much!

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without charge until a shipping label has been created.
You will be refunded and contacted.

If a shipping label has already been created, we can no longer cancel your order.

I received a damaged product, what now?

We strive to sell good products and to let you know if products are missing a piece of foil or are damaged.

If you receive an unexpectedly damaged product, we will find a suitable solution.

When will products be available

Our webshop has a "Coming Soon" section.
These products have been ordered from the supplier. Once we receive the product, it will be available on our website.

This method prevents unwanted situations regarding delays in orders or the inability to deliver products.

Can I pre-order new products?

We do not offer public pre-orders.

You can always contact us to see what is possible.

Are all products original?

Yes, we only sell official Pokémon products.
We guarantee this by purchasing exclusively from official Pokémon suppliers.

Do you also buy tickets?

Yes, we're happy to buy cards! We specialize in full-art cards, but we're open to all beautiful examples!
